Red Squirrel

The Red Squirrel is a native species to Great Britain. The Red Squirrel stands out in its own species due its eye catching red fur and shape of its ears.

Contrary to the more commonly sighted Grey Squirrel, the Red Squirrel is an endanger species that needs to be maintained due to the fact that the estimated population is only around 140,000 in Great Britain.

Fact - Britain's Red Squirrels first appeared 10,000 years ago when the land between Britain and Europe started to disappear.

Your donation will help the populations of Red Squirrels continue and rise in woodlands areas by this time next year. Take a look at our plans and pricing to see how you can help!
